Emerald C.M. Inc. was selected by Diversified Radiology to construct MRI and CT Imaging spaces for its office located at the Presbyterian / St. Luke’s Medical Center. This project was unique in the fact that the imaging equipment had to be installed on the 4th floor of an occupied building. A crane was needed to lift the imaging equipment for installation. St. Luke’s is located near downtown Denver, and this created an accessibility issue for the crane. The final solution required the crane to operate on the top of a nearby underground parking structure. For this work to be done, Emerald had to shore (stabilize) multiple underground levels within the parking garage.
