Our safety programs include an Injury and Illness Prevention Program and Hazard Communication Program. Our programs and practices are in compliance with OSHA standards, USACOE EM 385-1-1 and standard Colorado OSHA requirements. In order to promote safety we have provided our employees with training programs and weekly “tool-box” briefings at every job site. Our safety and health policies include a comprehensive Alcohol and Drug Program. We conduct pre-employment, post-accident and for-cause drug testing. We were awarded a cost-containment advantage by the state of Colorado for our exemplary program. Our Safety and Health Policies have resulted in an Experience Modification Rate of .81, which is well below the industry average of 1.0.
